Refund Policy

Our policy on returns and refunds for digital products.

1. Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of software license keys are final. Once a license key has been delivered to your email, we cannot offer a refund. Digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and delivery is instantaneous upon payment confirmation.

2. Exception — Non-Functional Keys

If you receive a license key that does not work (invalid, already used, or otherwise non-functional), you are entitled to either a replacement key or a full refund. This exception is subject to the following conditions:

  • You must contact our support team within 24 hours of purchase
  • You must provide your order ID as proof of purchase
  • The key must not have been successfully activated or used

3. Activated Keys

No refund will be issued for license keys that have already been activated or used, regardless of the circumstances. Once a key is activated, it is considered consumed and cannot be resold or reassigned.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exception above, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to our support page
  2. Include your order ID and a description of the issue
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback with your payment provider instead of contacting our support team will result in an immediate ban from the platform and revocation of all associated licenses. We strongly encourage you to reach out to us first — we are committed to resolving any legitimate issues promptly.
