The Site sells digital software licenses. All products are delivered electronically — no physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, license keys are delivered instantly to the email address provided at checkout.

3. Reseller Disclaimer

Equinox operates as a reseller of third-party software licenses. We do not develop or publish the underlying software. Accordingly, we make no warranties or guarantees beyond what the original software publisher provides. Any claims related to the software itself should be directed to the publisher.

4. Delivery

License keys are delivered automatically and instantly via email after payment confirmation. If you do not receive your key within a few minutes, please check your spam folder and contact our support team.

5. License Usage

Each license key is intended for a single end user. You are strictly prohibited from sharing, redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing any key purchased on this Site. Violation of this clause may result in immediate revocation of the license without refund.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site and revoke any associated licenses if we detect abusive behaviour, including but not limited to: fraudulent payments, chargebacks, key sharing, automated purchasing, or any activity that violates these terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Equinox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of the Site or any purchased licenses. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
